Instructions for use
GENERAL CLEANING:
Dilute 1:250 parts hot water (20 ml per 5 L / 1 x per 5 L).
Mop, wipe or spray surface. Rinse with clean water.
HEAVY SOILING AND GREASE:
Dilute 1:50 parts hot water (100 ml per 5 L / 3 x per 5 L).
Mop, wipe or spray surface. Rinse with clean water.
FOR CLEANING DEEP FAT FRYERS:
Switch off appliance, drain out oil and remove all deposits.
Dilute 1:25 (400 ml per 10 L / 13 x per 10 L) cold water in fryer. Submerge basket and utensils in
solution and soak for 2 hours. Rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
TO RE-FILL THE LIFT RTU TRIGGER SPRAY BOTTLE:
Dilute 30 ml per 750 ml (1 x per 750 ml) cold water
